Piseth

We set a plan to get up in the early morning with our youth group from GCC to gather together at 7.00am to get the on the van to Kampot province. Unluckily we were a bit late, so we departure at 7.45am.

It was a happy day on that day that there about 30 of our youth group went on a picnic to the province. We use two vans for transportation to go there. It was kind a funny traveling that everyone kept singing, playing and telling story all the way to Mlich resort.

We arrived there around 10.30am, and then we saw a nice place with clear water the lake and surrounded by the mountain sites. Just to mention, Mlich is the newly found resort in the recent year.

We spent time there to swim and taking pictures with all of our teams. There were also other group came to visit Mlich on that day. What we like the most is to swim in the clear water and enjoyed going on the duck-boat where can load up to 5 or 6 people on it and two people can cycling to push the duck-boat. Yeah! it was a beautiful day on that day. It was a bit tired for me as i don’t swim very often. So i better practice more often.

Then at the mid day we relax for lunch and just for food time. Not to mention, the local there are very nice they prepared all the set of foods to welcome us…but then they asked for money too…lolz.

If you notice the water is very clear and if you happen to go there once, i’m sure you will be likely to set a plan to go there again. However, it is not very expensive as some other place where i used to visit.

I encourage if you want to visit there, don’t just go alone cos you will be very lonely haha.  Get your group to go there. It is not the sea but just a lake that surrounded by the beautiful mountains.
