Just to focus only one factor of drinking can keep us healthy. For this is the coming of the hot reason in Cambodia. The hot temperature normally consume you a lot of energy unlike the normal temperature where you can sustain your strength longer. March is the beginning of the hot season after a few times of rain pouring to welcome the hot season where known to fall on in April during the Khmer New Year season.

 

So one important advice to make your healthy and sustain your energy then keep drinking more water daily. By doing this you avoid visiting the doctor frequently and save your expense as well. Rather than spending your money just to visit the doctor for a treatment then we spend it in other simple way by buying water to drink.

 

Well, i think is a bit funny but it is true. However, this is just one important factor where many other edges would be also available for good practices. I sometime experience very exhausted after sitting and work for the whole morning without drinking any drop of water. I bet it is just turn to be true to me and as well if you try to observe your daily activities with drinking and without drinking.

 

Why Water is So Simple Important? 

Water is a resource to renew your sources of energy every single minutes and everyday. So if you take the right amount of water in your body not just to keep your healthy avoiding from the fighting of any diseases. According to the research compare to eating and drinking water; Water is more effective to keep life longer.
