A cold season in this year is a bit different for other recent past years which is a bit early that the win start blowing from the north part across cambodia. Anyway, it is a wonderful time to enjoy for most people because this is a great time of the year with the nice weather. It is also nearly the harvest time for all the farmer who live in the countryside. Often it is a bit cold to them because farmer don’t have enough cloths to cover their body. But they still try hard to do their work for a living without any complain.

Many young people also take in season to get married. According to khmer tradition this is the time for harvesting and after harvest they marry their children to enjoy the the fruit of their harvest as well as with the people in the villages. Nowaday not only people in the village with for those who come from a far too to enjoy the wedding celebration of the children.

One more great even during this season where people cannot forget especially for christian and the youth or school students and what they really miss for the past one year is christmas celebration. Christmas is a new celebration in cambodia since cambodian has the full living in peace after the first election in 1993. Christmas celebration is fun and enjoy with the group of friends, church member or at school. Many young people remember this because they have the chance to receive many gifts from their friends as well as their teacher or classmates.

But sad for some people who don’t understand the reason why people do the christmas celebration and give the gifts. Talking about this celebration people will remember about how Jesus Christ died on the cross to make a great gift to the world. I do miss this celebration too. Well, i am thinking of preparing some gifts for my friends too but no ideas of what it is now.
