ADM will export Processor “Eight Core”

The most well known number 2 in producing computer chip, ADM, has shown their new plan for the next two years that they will export their new processor eight-core with the code name Montreal for Server Machines to support the need of the market.

 

ADM expected that the code name Barcelona will be able to compete with the Quad Care processor, Xeon of Intel. The ADM Company plans to sell the Eight-Core processor in 2009 to rise up their revenue that went down in the recent years.

Beside that they also have processor with code name Shrike for Laptop too and to cooperate with IBM to produce chip 32mn that will present in the market in 2010.
